Banff to Vancouver
It’s been many years since I’ve been to Western Canada. I have a faded memory of the Canadian Rockies and the country’s west coast, so I’m grateful to have brought my camera gear with me for this trip.
Thanks to unpredictable weather in the mountains, the initial rainy predictions for Banff ended up changing favourably. A detour through Radium Springs provided some fantastic views and a much needed soak in the hot springs.
The drive continued west with stops in Revelstoke, Okanogan County, and Manning Provincial Park, and ended in Vancouver. Memories of childhood came flooding back to me in Stanley Park and on Granville Island.
The trip was two weeks of fresh mountain air and fantastic views - views I’m thankful to have preserved in these photographs.
